Drobepick Terms of Use Effective Date: April 13, 2026
Welcome to Drobepick. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Drobepick ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of https://www.drobepick.com (the "Site") and our curated styling and shipment services (the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Drobepick. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Our Services
Drobepick provides a curated clothing styling service where customers receive personalized shipments ("Boxes") based on their preferences. Customers may request a one-time Box or schedule recurring Boxes (monthly or otherwise). There is no subscription fee — you are only charged when a Box is prepared.
3. Accounts
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, email, shipping details, and style preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
4. Styling Fee and Payments
Each Box includes a $20 CAD styling fee, which is credited toward anything you keep.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You have three (3) calendar days from delivery to decide what to keep.

Drobepick ships within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

You may cancel or reschedule a Box before it is styled. Once styling has begun, the $20 styling fee applies and cannot be canceled.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Drobepick or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that products will meet all expectations. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drobepick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Drobepick harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Québec, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept any changes.
