Drobepick Terms of Use
Effective Date: April 13, 2026
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
Welcome to Drobepick. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and Drobepick (“Drobepick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website, www.drobepick.com, and our curated Pick Box service.
By creating an account, placing an order, requesting a Pick Box, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Drobepick. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Our Service
Drobepick provides a curated clothing styling service. Customers receive a personalized shipment of clothing and/or accessories, referred to as a “Pick Box,” based on the information provided in their style profile.
3. Account Information
To use our services, you may be required to create an account and provide information including your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, size details, style preferences, and other information needed to prepare your Pick Box.
4. Styling Fee
Each Pick Box includes a $20 CAD styling fee. The styling fee is charged before your Pick Box is shipped.
5. Payment Authorization
By providing your payment information, you authorize Drobepick and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for amounts owed under these Terms, including:
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider available on our website. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. If your payment method is declined, expired, invalid, blocked, or does not have sufficient funds, you remain responsible for all unpaid amounts.
If a payment fails, Drobepick may attempt to charge your payment method again off-session. We may also contact you to request payment, send an invoice, suspend your account, cancel future Pick Boxes, or refuse future orders until the unpaid amount is paid.
6. Card Verification and Payment Holds
Before shipping a Pick Box, Drobepick or our payment processor may verify your payment method, verify your address, or place a temporary authorization hold to help confirm that the card is valid and reduce fraud risk. A temporary authorization hold is not always a final charge. The timing of any release depends on your card issuer or financial institution.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Product Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Product availability may vary. We do not guarantee that every item, size, colour, brand, or style will always be available. Prices may vary from Pick Box to Pick Box. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or other mistakes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on items you purchase or are charged for.
8. Checkout Period and Return Ship-Back Period
Once your Pick Box is delivered, you have 3 calendar days, including the delivery day, to complete checkout. Once your Pick Box is delivered, you have 5 calendar days, including the delivery day, to ship back or drop off any unwanted items for return. The delivery date counts as Day 1. Calendar days include weekends and holidays.
9. Checkout Is Required Within 3 Calendar Days
Checkout is required for every Pick Box. You must complete checkout through your Drobepick account within 3 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, even if you are returning all items. During checkout, you must select which items you are keeping and which items you are returning. Completing checkout does not complete the return. If you are returning items, those items must also be shipped back or dropped off with the return carrier within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day.
10. Returns
Unwanted items must be returned using the return bag and prepaid return label provided by Drobepick, unless we provide different instructions. To return unwanted items, you must:
Returns must be shipped back or dropped off with the carrier within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, unless Drobepick approves an extension in writing before the deadline. The return is only considered shipped back or dropped off when the carrier scans or accepts the return package.
11. Checkout and Return Ship-Back Are Two Separate Requirements
Completing checkout does not complete the return. If you are returning items, you must complete checkout within 3 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, and you must ship back or drop off the returned items with the carrier within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day.
This means:
12. Late Checkout or Late Returns
If you do not complete checkout within 3 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, your card will be charged for the full Pick Box because we will assume you decided to keep all items.
If you complete checkout but do not ship back or drop off the returned items within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, your card will be charged for those late items because we will assume you decided to keep them.
If you do not complete checkout and do not ship back or drop off a return within the required deadlines, your card will be charged for the full Pick Box because we will assume you decided to keep everything.
For example: If your Pick Box is delivered on Monday and you do not complete checkout by Wednesday, your card will be charged for the full Pick Box because we will assume you decided to keep everything.
For example: If your Pick Box is delivered on Monday and you complete checkout on Wednesday but do not ship back or drop off the returned items by Friday, your card will be charged for the returned items because they were not shipped back on time.
Late returns are not guaranteed to be accepted or refunded. If returned items are shipped back or dropped off after the 5-day deadline, Drobepick may treat those items as kept. Drobepick may choose to make an exception, but exceptions are not guaranteed and are granted only at our discretion.
By failing to complete checkout or return items within these required deadlines, you explicitly authorize Drobepick to automatically charge your saved payment method off-session for the full retail value of the items kept or unreturned, plus applicable taxes, minus your $20 CAD styling fee credit. If this automatic charge fails due to insufficient funds, a blocked card, or an invalid account, Drobepick reserves the right to suspend your profile and pass your account information to a third-party collection agency as detailed in Section 28 of these Terms.
13. Proof of Return
A return is considered shipped back or dropped off only when the carrier scans or accepts the package. If there is no carrier scan or proof of drop-off within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, Drobepick will treat the items as not returned on time.
You are responsible for keeping your drop-off receipt or tracking confirmation. If you claim that items were returned, but the carrier tracking does not show that the return package was shipped back or dropped off within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, we will treat the items as late or not returned, and your card will be charged.
14. Responsibility for Items
You are responsible for all items in your Pick Box from the time the Pick Box is delivered until Drobepick receives the returned items and confirms that they are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and in original condition.
If returned items are lost before being scanned by the carrier, returned late, damaged, worn, washed, altered, missing tags, smelling of smoke, perfume, pets, or otherwise not in original condition, you will be charged for those items.
15. Damaged, Worn, or Unacceptable Returns
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. We may refuse a return or charge your payment method if an item is returned: worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, missing tags, smelling of smoke, perfume, pets, or other odours; with makeup, deodorant, hair, pet hair, or other marks; not in original condition; or after the return deadline. If we determine that a returned item cannot be resold because of its condition, your card will be charged for that item.
16. Extensions
If you need more time, you must contact Drobepick before your deadline ends. Your checkout deadline ends 3 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day. Your return ship-back or drop-off deadline ends 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day.
Extensions are not automatic. Drobepick may approve or refuse an extension at our discretion. If an extension is approved, you must follow the new deadline provided by Drobepick in writing. If you do not receive written approval from Drobepick before the deadline, the original deadline still applies.
17. Exchanges
Drobepick does not guarantee exchanges. If an exchange is available, we may offer it at our discretion. If we send you an exchange item, you are still responsible for returning the original item on time and in acceptable condition.
If the original item is not shipped back or dropped off within 5 calendar days once your Pick Box is delivered, including the delivery day, or if it is returned in unacceptable condition, your card will be charged for the original item.
18. Shipping
Drobepick currently ships within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, your location, weather, holidays, operational delays, or events outside our control.
Drobepick is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by you. We may refuse to ship to certain addresses, including addresses we believe may be linked to fraud, repeated unpaid orders, repeated failed payments, excessive returns, or other misuse of our services.
19. Recurring Pick Boxes
If you choose to receive recurring Pick Boxes, such as monthly Pick Boxes, you authorize Drobepick to prepare and ship Pick Boxes according to the frequency you selected. You may cancel or change future recurring Pick Boxes before styling begins. Once styling has started, the styling fee applies and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancelling recurring Pick Boxes does not cancel amounts already owed for Pick Boxes that were already styled, shipped, delivered, kept, not returned, returned late, or returned in unacceptable condition. Each recurring Pick Box is subject to the same checkout and return rules.
20. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a Pick Box before styling has started. Once styling has started, the $20 CAD styling fee applies. Once a Pick Box has shipped, you must follow the checkout and return process described in these Terms and our Return Policy.
Drobepick reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, including if there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, service area limitation, or other operational issue.
21. Customer Communications
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree that Drobepick may contact you about your account, order, Pick Box, delivery, checkout deadline, return deadline, payment status, failed payments, customer service issues, and other transactional matters related to your use of our services. We may contact you by email, SMS, phone, or other contact methods you provide. Transactional messages related to your orders, payments, returns, deadlines, or account may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing messages.
22. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, provide false or misleading information, use a payment method without authorization, or interfere with the website data. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, repeatedly fail to return items, or misuse our services.
23. Intellectual Property
All content on the Drobepick website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, branding, and other materials, is owned by Drobepick or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our written permission.
24. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. We do our best to provide items that match your style profile, but we do not guarantee that every item will meet your expectations, preferences, fit, style, size, or budget. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drobepick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drobepick’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Drobepick in the six (6) months before the claim or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
27. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Drobepick harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website, your failure to pay amounts owed, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
28. Failed Payments, Collections, and Credit Reporting
If any charge authorized under these Terms fails due to insufficient funds, an expired card, a blocked account, or any other payment issue, you remain fully liable for the outstanding balance.
If an unpaid balance for kept or unreturned merchandise is not resolved within 30 days of the original failed transaction, Drobepick reserves the right to assign your account details, shipping address, contact information, and total debt amount to a third-party collection agency. You agree to pay all costs associated with recovering your unpaid debt, including collection agency fees, legal costs, and court fees. You explicitly acknowledge that collection agencies may report your delinquent account to national credit bureaus (such as Equifax and TransUnion), which may negatively impact your personal credit rating.
29. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the district of Québec, Canada, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
