What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged Item?

If an item in your Drobepick Box arrives damaged, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery. Reporting the issue promptly allows us to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

Do I Need to Return the Damaged Item?

In most cases, you may be asked to return the damaged item using the included return bag with the prepaid shipping label. If a return is required, we will provide clear instructions. Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we have reviewed your request.


What Qualifies as a Damaged Item?

An item may be considered damaged if it arrives with:

Can I Still Try On the Item?

Yes. You may try on the item to assess fit and condition. However, if you believe it is damaged, please report the issue promptly and avoid further wear.


Will I Be Charged for a Damaged Item?

No. You will not be charged for items confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, provided they are reported within the required timeframe.
