Where Is My Box?

Once your Drobepick Box ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


My Delivery Is Delayed

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking information for updates. If the delay persists, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


My Package Shows as Delivered, but I Can't Find It

If your tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Verify that your shipping address is correct.
  2. Check around your property, including entrances and secure locations.
  3. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.

My Box Arrived Damaged

If your box or its contents arrive damaged, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your email:

An Item Is Missing or Incorrect

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Include your order number and details of the issue, and we will review and resolve it as promptly as possible.


I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@drobepick.com. We will do our best to update the information before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.


Where Does Drobepick Ship?

Drobepick currently ships within Canada only.
