Drobepick Return Policy

At Drobepick, we want you to love every item you receive. This Return Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and charges work for our curated personal styling service.
Try-On Period
Each Drobepick Box includes a three (3) calendar day Try-On Period beginning on the date your package is delivered. During this time, you may try on your items in the comfort of your home, decide which items you wish to keep or return, and complete checkout through your Drobepick account.
If you require additional time, you must contact us at hello@drobepick.com before the Try-On Period ends. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Free and Easy Returns
We offer free returns across Canada. To return unwanted items, place the items you do not wish to keep inside the included return bag, ensure the bag is securely sealed, use the prepaid shipping label already attached to the return bag, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location before the end of the Try-On Period. No additional postage or printing is required.
Condition of Returned Items
Items may be tried on but must be returned in acceptable condition. To be eligible for a return, items must be tried on only for fit and style evaluation, unwashed and unaltered, free of stains, odors, excessive wear, or damage, and returned with original tags attached.
Drobepick reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items showing signs of excessive wear or damage may be charged to your original payment method.
Items You Keep
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep. If you do not return items or complete checkout within the Try-On Period, you authorize Drobepick to charge your payment method for all items in the Box, in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Styling Fee
Each Box includes a non-refundable styling fee of CAD $20. If you keep at least one (1) item, the $20 styling fee is credited toward your purchase. If you return all items, the styling fee is not refunded. This fee covers the cost of personalized styling and curation.
Exchanges
At this time, direct exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory. If you require a different size or style, please contact us at hello@drobepick.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request in a future Box.
Late or Missing Returns
If returned items are sent after the Try-On Period without contacting us in advance, or not received by Drobepick, we reserve the right to charge your payment method for the full value of the Products.
If you need additional time, please email hello@drobepick.com before the Try-On Period ends. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. If you believe a return has been lost or delayed, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery by emailing hello@drobepick.com. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. The styling fee is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Canadian Orders Only
Drobepick currently ships and accepts returns within Canada only.
Changes to This Return Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
