How Fix order styling fees works
When we begin the styling process you’ll be charged a $20 styling fee. This fee usually occurs about 2 weeks before your Fix delivery date.
Shipping on exchanges is free.
Your styling fee acts as a service fee and will be applied as a credit toward any items you decide to keep in your current order. It’ll be displayed on your receipt as a credit or the amount subtracted from your total.
It’s important to note that your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current order. It cannot be rolled over to your next delivery, is non-refundable, and is unable to be transferred to another person.
If you have another upcoming Fix order, your next styling fee charge may occur right after you send back your previous returns.
